What it is
A single page that captures, in plain language, how your team has agreed to work together. Not a values doc, not a culture deck — a working agreement that gets revisited every quarter.
The five sections
How we make decisions. How we handle disagreement. What we will and won't do in our calendars. What we owe each other. What we'll review and when. Each section gets two to four sentences, written by the team, not by a manager.
How to run it
Block a 90-minute session. Print the template. Walk through each section as a group. Capture the agreement live. The team that builds it together is the team that follows it. Anything imported from another team rarely survives the first quarter.
