Indonesia
Rice terraces, ritual, and a culture that knows how to rest.
7 days · April – October (dry season)
why we go
Bali is where Pangea was born and where most of our long-time facilitators still live. Ubud, in particular, has held seekers, artists, and quietly-burned-out leaders for fifty years. We use that lineage. Mornings are slow and ceremonial. Afternoons are creative and active. Evenings are warm rice, candles, and the sound of the gamelan from a neighbor's compound.
the magic
A loose field guide to what we weave into a Bali retreat. Every week is different — the team you bring shapes the week we design.
We start most retreats with a barefoot dawn walk through the terraces above Ubud. It silences phones before we even ask people to put them away.
An optional Balinese-Hindu purification ceremony at the holy spring. For teams open to ritual, it lands as one of the most-remembered moments of the trip.
We move east to the rice valleys under Mount Agung for the deep-work portion of the week. No wifi, long meals, slow conversations.
A full-day team silence modeled on Bali's day of silence. Hard. Worth it. Everyone is changed by sundown.
An optional ocean morning. Coral, turtles, and the kind of awe that resets a quarter's worth of stress.

design our retreat
Tell us a little about your team — size, what's been hard this year, what you'd like to be true on the flight home — and we'll come back with a custom-shaped week.
