Camel caravan crossing the orange dunes of the Sahara, Morocco

6 days · October – April

Desert silence, Berber hospitality, and a sky that breaks people open.

why we go

Why Morocco.

Morocco is the trip teams ask for when they've already done the 'easy' retreats. It rewards courage. We design the week as an arc — the sensory overload of Marrakech, then a slow climb into the Atlas mountains, then two nights at a Berber-run camp deep in the Erg Chebbi dunes. By the final morning your team will have watched the sun rise over the Sahara, and they will not be the same team.

the magic

Five things you'll never forget.

A loose field guide to what we weave into a Morocco retreat. Every week is different — the team you bring shapes the week we design.

  1. 01

    Marrakech medina at dawn

We walk the medina before the souks open. Bread ovens firing, donkey carts, the call to prayer. A full-body wake-up.

  2. 02

    Atlas mountains Berber lunch

A long lunch in a Berber family's hilltop home. No menu, no schedule, multiple cups of mint tea. Resets everyone's relationship with time.

  3. 03

    Sahara camel caravan

Sunset camel ride into the dunes to our private camp. Yes, it's a cliché. Yes, it's also one of the most affecting nights of most people's lives.

  4. 04

    Star-bath council

Our hardest team conversation, held lying on our backs in the dunes under the Milky Way. Almost impossible to hold a grudge in that posture.

  5. 05

    Fes leather souk (optional)

An add-on for teams that want to extend. The ancient tanneries, a working medina, and dinner in a riad.

Could Morocco be the room for your team?

Tell us a little about your team — size, what's been hard this year, what you'd like to be true on the flight home — and we'll come back with a custom-shaped week.
