why we go

Why Colorado.

Colorado is our 'short notice, deep impact' US option. The Rockies do something honest to a team — altitude humbles ego faster than any facilitator can. We typically base in a private lodge near Crested Butte or in the San Juans around Telluride, depending on season.

the magic

Five things you'll never forget.

A loose field guide to what we weave into a Colorado retreat. Every week is different — the team you bring shapes the week we design.

  1. 01

    Maroon Bells dawn hike

The most photographed peaks in North America, with almost nobody there at 5:30am. We hold the week's opening circle on the lake shore as the sun lights the bells.

  2. 02

    Hot springs night

A private soak at one of the high-country natural hot springs. Stars overhead, deep team conversation, snow on the rim of the pool half the year.

  3. 03

    Aspen grove journaling

An afternoon of solo writing inside a single connected aspen organism — biologically one of the largest living things on earth. The metaphor lands.

  4. 04

    Alpine cold plunge

Optional dip in a high mountain lake. Two minutes in 38°F water resets a year of accumulated stress. Science backs it; teams remember it.

  5. 05

    Ranch council & long dinner

Final night at a working ranch. Wood fire, slow food, the long arc conversation about what to bring home.
