Yucatán & Oaxaca

Mexico.

Cenotes, ancient cities, and a culture that still cooks with fire.

Cenotes, ancient cities, and a culture that still cooks with fire.

why we go

Why Mexico.

Mexico is our most flexible destination — we run both Yucatán (cenotes and Mayan sites) and Oaxaca (mountains, mezcal villages, indigenous craft) versions. The Yucatán is easier for big teams; Oaxaca rewards small leadership groups willing to go deeper.

the magic

Five things you'll never forget.

A loose field guide to what we weave into a Mexico retreat. Every week is different — the team you bring shapes the week we design.

  1. 01

    Cenote dawn swim

Private morning at a less-touristed cenote near Valladolid. Cool freshwater, shafts of jungle light, total silence. We hold the day's intention here.

  2. 02

    Mayan ruins at sunrise

Ek Balam or Cobá before opening hours. Climbing a 1,400-year-old pyramid puts a quarterly target in perspective.

  3. 03

    Oaxacan market & cooking class

We shop the Mercado de Abastos, then cook a full meal with a local chef. The team plates and serves each other. Hierarchies dissolve over mole.

  4. 04

    Mezcal village day

A small-batch mezcal palenque in the Oaxacan hills. The maestro mezcalero walks us through 12-year agave. Quiet, ceremonial, unforgettable.

  5. 05

    Tulum beach reentry

The final two days are coastal — beach yoga, ocean swims, and the kind of slow reentry that lets the week actually integrate.

Could Mexico be the room for your team?

Tell us a little about your team — size, what's been hard this year, what you'd like to be true on the flight home — and we'll come back with a custom-shaped week.
